Can t get sapphire and jeeves.

I ve had the tower of treats out for ages but sapphire and jeeves just won t come. Hang in there they ll surprise you when you least expect it. I got jeeves and sapphire the first day i put out the tuna and on their fourth visit i got an old clock from jeeves but nothing from sapphire. However her attraction level to the two items is quite low.
